Cardiovascular Surgeon / Interventional Cardiologist Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)
Board-certified cardiovascular surgeons and interventional cardiologists are invited to bring outpatient cardiac procedures to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 2nd floor . Cardiology represents one of the largest addressable markets in the tri-county area a strong opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with meaningful equity ownership while maintaining your independent practice.
- $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
- Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
- 20%+ projected IRR
- $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
- Distributions projected to begin in Year 2
Eligible procedures include: cardiac catheterization, pacemaker/ICD implantation, electrophysiology studies, peripheral vascular interventions, and other eligible outpatient cardiovascular procedures.
Ideal for a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon or interventional cardiologist with an established outpatient volume and referral base within 1 hour of Greater Orlando who wants superior scheduling, better economics, and long-term equity partnership in a physician-governed ASC.
