UKG Pro Consultant

One of the top e-commerce powerhouse companies is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team in Austin, TX! Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support a large-scale migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro. In this role, you will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex workforce management issues while partnering with business and technical teams to validate configurations, analyze data, support testing efforts, and ensure successful implementation and go‑live activities. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high‑visibility enterprise migration utilizing the latest UKG technology. Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro configuration, implementation, or support. Experience participating in large‑scale WFM implementations or migration projects. Strong partner management and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with data analysis, system validation, and QA testing. Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Support the migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex workforce management issues. Partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to drive implementation activities. Analyze and validate workforce management data and system configurations. Execute QA testing and support production readiness for go‑live events. Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and ensure project milestones are met.
