Experienced Full-Time Nanny Position (Katy, TX) Start Date: ASAP Location: Katy, TX Compensation: $40-$45 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week About the Family A wonderful family in Katy, TX is seeking a warm, nurturing, and experienced career nanny to provide exceptional full-time care for their 1-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and be confident caring for an infant/young toddler. The family is looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, attentive, and genuinely passionate about working with young children. Benefits: 5 days paid vacation, 2 paid sick days, 2 paid personal days, and 6 paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas) Responsibilities: Plan and engage the child in age-appropriate activities, outings, and play Support developmental milestones, language and speech development, emotional regulation, and early learning Establish and maintain consistent daily routines around meals, naps, play, and activities Create a safe, calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment Encourage age-appropriate independence, social skills, and positive behavior Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks Handle bottles and other feeding-related tasks Keep the child's bedroom, play areas, and common areas neat and organized Clean bottles, dishes, and items used by the child Handle light child-related laundry and organization Maintain a tidy and organized environment throughout the child's day Requirements: Professional nanny or childcare experience with infants and toddlers is required Strong understanding of infant and toddler development Warm, nurturing, patient, and highly attentive Reliable, responsible, and committed to a long-term position Proactive and capable of taking initiative throughout the day Current CPR and First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to working with parents Strong references from previous childcare positions #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Work Staffing
