The position is open to their Milwaukee office. About the Team: The global Real Estate practice group has been established for over 170 years, advising clients at both a national and international level. The team leverages their expertise across a wide range of areas from commercial real estate transactions, land use and entitlement to real estate capital markets and opportunity zones. For nearly two centuries, the firm has engaged in a full service of legal matters from corporate counsel to intellectual property work and litigation support. Qualification Requirements: The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a law firm environment. Experience in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. Relevant real estate experience, such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, mixed‑use, condominium, and multifamily development and regulatory matters (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control). The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, exemplary writing and communication skills. Hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the Wisconsin bar.
