Full-Time Part-Time PRN Incentives & Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time $3.00 Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate) Early wage access via TapCheck RN Pay up to $47.58/hr Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and monitor vital signs Support resident care plans and clinical documentation Lead and guide CNA staff Promote resident safety and comfort Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team Qualifications: Active RN License in Wisconsin Excellent communication and teamwork skills A passion for caring for the aging population New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
