Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Clinic-based position (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time) Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect and record behavioral data accurately Follow behavior intervention and safety plans Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Experience providing ABA therapy preferred Reliable transportation required Professional, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and organizational skillsions?
