Registered Nurse

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring. In this role, you will interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications and IV therapies, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on disease management and discharge plans.
