Production Worker Opportunity

Hours:
- 1st shift | 6 AM – 4 PM | Monday – Friday
- 2nd shift | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | Monday – Thursday
Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months! Benefits of the production worker:

Duties of the production worker:
- Operate equipment, including power tools and specialized instruments used in operations.
- Maintain effective communication with the team and management to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist in the training of team members as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop area.
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required.
- Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards.
Requirements of the production worker:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience in rotational molding is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
