Express Employment is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for a company that provides funding for affordable housing opportunities.Job duties include: Providing excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer records and data Assisting with other customer service duties as needed Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking) is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Other Details: Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Pay rate is $19/hr.
