Work Environment\n

The position is remote, allowing for a flexible work experience while engaging with clients primarily through virtual channels. However, you will integrate with our outpatient office where team meetings, training, and client interactions may take place either in person or through telehealth platforms. The work schedule is structured from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, facilitating a balanced work-life integration while maintaining consistent support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health and addiction-related needs, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
