Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - Sacramento or Bay Area 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address issues
• Mentor and lead junior project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects and tenant improvements
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
