8-hour Day Shift, guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and be able to effectively manage a patient load, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes. This role requires the ability to see 12-14 patients per day and meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions in an outpatient setting.
• Manage patient follow-ups, including the expectation of double-booking follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
