Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient therapy setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Maryland
• Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
• Ability to provide 30 days notice upon assignment conclusion

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
