Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, ventilation, heat pump, and package unit systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete system inspections
• Clearly explain repair options to customers
• Recommend solutions based on the customer's needs—not sales pressure
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Complete service documentation accurately using company software
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Minimize preventable callbacks through quality workmanship
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and fellow team members

Please Note: This position does not include plumbing, commercial refrigeration, restaurant equipment, appliance repair, or general maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Able to prioritize work, take initiative, and perform with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Honest, dependable, punctual, and professional
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

• $30.00–$35.00 per hour , depending on experience
• Performance-based commission program
• Paid weekly
• Opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives

Expected annual earnings: Approximately $75,000–$120,000+ , depending on experience, productivity, commissions, and hours worked.
