Veteran Housing & Outreach Manager

CCSWW is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the Navigate Homeless Veterans to Housing program. This role involves extensive outreach to assist Veterans in finding permanent housing. The Manager will lead a team, ensuring compliance and maintaining partnerships with community providers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social services and leadership skills, as well as experience working with Veterans.
