What does aN Assistant Manager do?

As a new Full-Time Assistant Manager at This Is It! BBQ and Seafood, you can expect an engaging and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same! Your evening shift from 3 PM until close will be filled with exciting responsibilities, from leading your team in prepping for dinner service to ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a full belly.

You’ll be monitoring daily operations, stepping in to support staff where needed, and upholding our commitment to customer-centricity.
