* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation

* Regularly engage with leads to bolster their interest and support them throughout the hiring journey

* Ensure our applicant tracking system is updated and accurate

* Earn commission based on meetings confirmed, interviews held, and successful hires from your leads
