Position Shift Manager Employer McDonald’s (franchisee) – the franchisee is the employer under the McDonald’s licensing arrangement. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets. Perform tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, scheduling, and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
