Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an upbeat General Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train team members, and uphold brand standards in service and food quality. You will project a positive brand image through outstanding hospitality and commitment to guest service. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the continued growth and success of our restaurant, as well as our incredibly valued team members.
Restaurant General Manager Salary & Benefits:- Competitive salary (up to $110K)

- 3+ years of GM experience in the DC area
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in effectively managing controllable costs
- Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading team
- Strong proficiency in technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, scheduling/employee communication platforms
- Italian cuisine and wine knowledge
- Upscale, high-volume restaurant background
- Experience managing events (private dining rooms) alongside à la carte service
