Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to become a part of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at a prominent hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut, serving as a Clinician Educator.

This Residency Program is community-focused and has a strong affiliation with a prestigious medical school, boasting a long history of training future physicians. As a Clinician Educator, you will engage with, instruct, and oversee residents and medical students in both inpatient and outpatient environments. The chosen candidate will also play a vital role in developing the curriculum and will be involved in scholarly pursuits, research, and program management. This role is eligible for clinical appointments at both Yale and Quinnipiac University Medical Schools.

The ideal candidate will hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine, with a preference for those who have prior teaching and leadership experience.
