Looking for a salon that's growing and wants you to grow with it? Great Clips Eagle Point in McKinney is established, efficient, and building momentum. You'll join a team that takes pride in great cuts, keeps the pace up, and supports each other every day. Hourly pay + tips + productivity incentives, healthcare, PTO, and holiday pay for full-time. If you're a licensed stylist who brings energy, takes ownership of your chair, and wants to be part of something that's going somewhere, this is it. Full-time with weekend availability required. - Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province) \n
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts \n
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided) \n
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe \n
