Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Explain & break down complex billing to customers. Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily. Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day. Qualifications Active VA Property & Casualty License and willing to obtain VA Life/Health License Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills.
