The Role Maintenance and Punchlist experience highly regarded Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards. Welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW and Arc air gouging. Follow quality control systems and techniques Perform other general duties as required About You Monday to Saturday, DIDO, Dayshift and nightshift Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mandatory) Construction White Card Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue) Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue) Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable) Ability to pass a pre‑employment Medical and regular/random Drug and Alcohol screens Additional Tickets will be highly regarded At Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a ‘Never Assume’ culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
