Our Market Offerings Real Estate & Workplace Facilities Management Facilities Operations & Maintenance Project Management & Engineering Workforce Transformation & Organizational Design Mission Support Smart Buildings & Energy Efficiency Technology Solutions Job Description We are looking for an experienced Cost Control/Construction Accountant to provide professional on‑site facility and project management services across a variety of small to large‑scale construction projects, including space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related to construction cost management, tracking of funds, and budgeting. Perform financial analysis, economic analysis, and report production. Handle project administration, program management, and database management. Required Experience & Skills A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial/government facility construction project management. Financial analysis using Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and formats. Experience with cost controls and financial cost tracking. Experience with database software and report production. Experience developing and evaluating economic analysis. Experience developing and evaluating construction project cost estimates and tracking funds. SharePoint database management and design. Ability to pass a DHS “suitability” background investigation is a requirement. Preferred Experience & Skills CPA, PMP, and federal government accounting experience highly desired. Experience managing complex new construction or major renovation commercial/government building projects and managing simultaneous construction and/or building projects. Ability to work independently, in groups, and in a stressful environment. Preferred Education An accounting, business, finance, or construction management bachelor’s degree (civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, etc.) from an accredited university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Qualifications Positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. All positions require a background check after acceptance of an offer.
