About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day 3x12 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience - Ability to circulate for C-section Description: Unit details include every other weekend shifts and one call shift per schedule. Floating within the facility and scope of practice may be required as needed. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine their fit for the position. If clinically approved and meeting guidelines, candidates will proceed to final decision stage. Maximum time off allowed is 7 days. Travelers are expected to work a major holiday if it falls within their assignment period. If two major holidays occur, both must be worked. If three major holidays occur, two must be worked. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Full compliance is necessary to start on time; delays could extend start by two weeks. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. All RTO must be finalized upon submission. No RTO requests or schedule changes can be made post-offer or during orientation week. Compliance documents must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are non-billable and vary by specialty, included in the onboarding process. Travelers must ensure their profile reflects all time worked. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date profile is essential for consistent employment opportunities.
