Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations accurately
• Use phone etiquette skills to assist customers over the phone and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members confidently
