Thank you for your interest in AVRMC! ### Job Description - Hospital Transformation Program (HTP): The staff member will provide quarterly and annual reporting requirements for the HTP program. Data collection and analysis for those measurements set by AVRMC. Attend monthly, quarterly, annual meetings held by HCPF. Report data collection and analysis to Quality Director monthly, quarterly, annually. - Hospital Quality Improvement Program (HQIP): The staff member will provide annual reporting requirements for the HQIP program. Data collection and analysis for those measures set by HCPF. Attend monthly, quarterly, annual meetings held by HCPF. Report data collection and analysis to Quality Director monthly, quarterly, annually. Assist Quality Director when new measures are initiated by the HQIP program.
