Radiology - MRI Tech

MRI Technologist

Unit Information

Unit: MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit

Location: Denver, CO

  • Number of Staff: 4 MRI Technologists
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1
  • Equipment: Toshiba, GE MRI Machines
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Position Details

  • Shift: Monday - Wednesday, 7 AM - 7:30 PM
  • On Call: Thursday through Saturday with 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of current MRI Technologist experience
  • ARRT (MR) certification
  • BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Toshiba MRI systems
  • Willingness to take on additional on-call shifts

Typical Procedures

  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) Imaging
  • Body Imaging
  • Neuro Imaging
  • Anesthesia-supported cases (e.g., patients with pacemakers)
