$16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Williamsport, PA. In this role, you will assemble products and components using hand and power tools while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.
