Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | Weekend Block (Friday – Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Float across multiple ICU settings including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU, as well as general care and specialty areas as needed
• Provide direct patient care across two campuses as part of a pediatric float ICU team
• Maintain a patient ratio of 2–3:1 in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Make up any missed shifts per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CICU and NICU, in addition to PICU experience
• Must comply with facility nicotine-free policy; nicotine drug screening required
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple ICU specialties within a pediatric setting
• Familiarity with multi-campus healthcare environments
• Proficiency with EPIC charting in a high-acuity setting
