Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active WV PT license or compact license
• OASIS experience
• Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends or on call
• Coverage area includes Raleigh, Logan, and Wyoming counties
• Benchmark requirement of 28 units/patients per week

Location Highlights

Beckley offers access to mountain recreation and regional attractions in southern West Virginia. Tamarack Marketplace is located in Beckley and features West Virginia arts, crafts, and dining in one stop just off I-64 and I-77. New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is about 25 miles north and provides hiking, rock climbing, and whitewater rafting in one of the state's best-known outdoor areas. Winterplace Ski Resort is about 20 miles south, and the city also includes Exhibition Coal Mine, a local historic site that reflects the area's coal heritage.
