Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Work directly with children in both one-on-one and small group settings to address speech and language goals
• Provide professional input and support for the educational team at IEP meetings
• Communicate student progress effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation according to district and legal standards
