Role Summary: Lead the people side of transformation initiatives by driving change adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness to ensure successful realization of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments.
• Create and manage communication and engagement programs.
• Drive training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Manage change risks and resistance proactively.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.

Skill Requirements:

• Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Training & Enablement, Business Transformation, Change Impact Assessment, Adoption & Readiness Management.

Other Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (Prosci, PMP, Agile) preferred.

Maximum Salary (US): 148000 Minimum Salary (US): 78000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
