Responsibilities include:Process high-volume invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and approvalsThe Accountant will review and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesReconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and research outstanding itemsMaintain organized vendor files and ensure proper general ledger coding for all transactionsThe Accountant will support month-end close with AP reports, accruals, and general ledger reconciliationsPartner with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve invoice and payment issuesThe Accountant will ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standardsQualifications of the Accountant RoleStrong accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentPrevious experience processing and reviewing employee expense reports requiredExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems requiredStrong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysisKnowledge of general ledger processes and reconciliationsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage prioritiesStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset
