Residential Counselor

Residential Counselor Community Resources For Justice, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. About the Role CRJ wants compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the individuals we serve. This is a Full‑time, 40‑hour/week non‑exempt position located in Westminster, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18hr. Schedule First/Second shifts. What you'll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model for the client, supporting the attainment of the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Must pass required certifications in the allotted time set forth by the agency.
