We’ll provide all necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability. Responsibilities Lead a crew of 5–10 people Perform general cleaning and debris removal Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Wash walls, windows, and ceilings Dust furniture and wipe surfaces Operate cleaning machines (training provided) Pay & Benefits Starting at $19–$20 per hour Paid training Opportunity for advancement Supportive, team-oriented environment Requirements Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (ServiceMaster will cover the cost if needed) Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy) Evening and weekend availability required Must wear ServiceMaster‑provided uniform Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs Preferred Floor & carpet care experience (not required – we train the right candidates) Reliable transportation Why Work for ServiceMaster?
