Director, HR Transformation & AI-Driven Change
HYBE AMERICA
HYBE America seeks a Director of HR Transformation & Special Projects to drive strategic change, operational excellence, and scalable processes across HYBE America. You will champion AI integration and lead large-system implementations for enterprise tools such as HRIS and project management platforms. This full-time, hybrid role sits in Santa Monica, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.
