As a Maintenance Supervisor, youll play a crucial role in optimizing our assets and minimizing downtime across our production units. You will lead and inspire our maintenance teams, implementing innovative maintenance techniques and driving process improvements./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliSafety Health (10%): Champion safety standards, lead employee training, and conduct pre-job safety reviews./liliQuality Food Safety (10%): Train personnel, oversee the MOC process, and ensure food safety and quality compliance./liliMillwright Coordination Training (50%): Provide technical guidance to crafts, troubleshoot issues, schedule employees, develop the daily work schedule, facilitate daily update meetings, and document daily work. Be available 24/7 for emergency repairs./liliPlanning /Scheduling (15%): Plan major shutdowns, coordinate with contractors for scheduling outside contractors, and act as Mechanical Planner when needed./liliProject Management (10%): Lead improvement projects, investigate equipment failures, and oversee outside contractors./liliGeneral Tasks (5%): Collaborate with plant teams to achieve objectives and perform other assigned tasks./li/ulh3What Were Looking For:/h3ulliEducational Background: A degree in mechanical, or chemical engineering is preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant trades experience (millwright, etc.)./liliExperience: If you dont have a degree, you should bring at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience./liliTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial maintenance techniques (PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM)./liliSafety Focus: A solid understanding of engineering and safety practices./liliLeadership Skills: Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate both hourly employees and outside contractors./liliCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and technical writing skills./liliProject Management: Competence in estimating, planning, and scheduling work orders while managing budgets and costs./liliTeam Player: A collaborative spirit to support maintenance teams and work well with colleagues./liliExperience with powder handling milling equipment/liliExperience with pump, air and electric powdered equipment/li/ulh3Nature Scope:/h3ulliIn this role, you will ensure the 24/7 availability of production equipment and facilities, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
