The RN Care Coordinator’s essential duty is to provide direct resident care. The RN Care Coordinator oversees all nursing personnel on the assigned shift. Minimal Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred. Minimal Experience: Minimum of three (3) years Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
