This role will lead the coordinated delivery of US commercial and medical technology solutions, translating prioritized business needs into integrated, compliant, and launch-ready capabilities across RevMed’s digital ecosystem.The Senior Manager will serve as the primary IS delivery partner for US omnichannel technology initiatives, coordinating work across business stakeholders, platform managers, Global Delivery, data and integration teams, and external implementation partners. The role will manage the technical delivery lifecycle from intake and planning through testing, deployment, operational readiness and transition to support, while ensuring US solutions align with enterprise architecture, reusable global standards, platform roadmaps, and established IS governance. In this role you will be responsible for:US Omnichannel Technology DeliveryLead technical deployment of integrated customer journeys, ensuring alignment with global platform strategy.Enable launch, commercial, and medical omnichannel and digital communication priorities through scalable solution enablement.Proactively assess AI, automation, and other emerging technology trends to enable innovative, future-ready solutions that support evolving customer needs across markets.Coordinate work across business owners, platform owners, Global Delivery, data and integration teams, security, privacy, compliance, and external partners.Solution Design & Capability EnablementTranslate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and solution designs.Provide recommendations on capability sequencing, integration tradeoffs, and platform roadmap priorities.Ensure decisions, requirements, dependencies, testing evidence, and operational handoffs are documented and traceable.Delivery Governance & Operational ExcellenceMaintain consistent delivery practices, including intake, planning, dependency management, testing and release to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions across omnichannel systems.Prevent redundant or fragmented systems by promoting reuse, standardization, and alignment across teams.Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, predictability, quality, and stakeholder experience.Ensure solutions transition effectively into ongoing platform operations and support, with clear ownership, documentation, and escalation paths.Required Skills, Experience, and Education7-9 years of experience implementing and managing marketing technologies, with a focus on omnichannel, digital ecosystems, or multi-platform environments.Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with understanding of healthcare regulations and digital compliance requirements.Demonstrated knowledge digital ecosystem design, including system interoperability, data flows, platform scalability, and integration of third-party HCP data sources such as OneKey and IQVIA/MIDAS into Omnichannel platforms.Experience working with or enabling AI-driven capabilities (e.g., personalization, content generation, or advanced analytics) within digital or marketing ecosystems.Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Preferred SkillsProven experience working across Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.Experience working within both marketing operations and IT functions, with a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration.Experience with Veeva Vault or Veeva CRM.Experience with an oncology launch.Experience with consent management platforms (e.g. OneTrust).Experience delivering field suggestions/next best action capabilities. #LI-Hybrid #LI-YG1The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below.
