Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our fitness team!If you are looking to share a passion for fitness, than this is the perfect job for you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for providing a positive impression of the Maxx Fitness facility;Certified Instructors in Zumba, TRX, Spinning, Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, or other certifications Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement;Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines;Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion;Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.Must be organized, structured, and arrive on time to all classes and sessions.
