Imaging & AI Integration Lead

Job Function Summary: Involves the design and management of software, hardware and databases for a clinical imaging system(s), used in clinical practice and / or research. Supports a secured network for the transmission of patient information, workstations for interpreting and reviewing images, and archives for the storage and retrieval of images and reports. Provides technical training and assistance to users. Generic Scope Provides direct supervision typically to professionals or skilled technical employees. Functions as advisor to unit and administration. Analyzes and resolves problems, interprets policies (e.g., fiscal management, HR, contracts and grants, resource management in defined areas) and demonstrates solid subject matter knowledge. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Supervises staff to assure accountability and stewardship of department resources (operational, financial, and human) in compliance with departmental goals and objectives. Custom Scope Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the processes by which to attain them. Provides direction, sets priorities, and analyzes workflow for clinical applications subordinate staff, according to established policies and management guidance. Provides senior management with input on personnel matters and recommendations for changes to department policies and practices.
