Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for an afternoon ABA case in Laurel, MD , offering the opportunity to build a consistent and stable weekly schedule .

For those looking to increase their hours, an additional case in Chester, MD is available as an option , but is not required .

Position Highlights

• Immediate afternoon case in Laurel

• Consistent weekly schedule in one area

• Opportunity to build up to full-time hours

• Optional additional case in Chester for extra hours

• Potential for more cases within the Laurel area
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect data and track client progress

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in home-based settings

• Reliable transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Afternoon and after-school cases available

• 20–40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
