• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350 - $1,460
• Schedule Notes: Weekend rotation required; no call; schedule may vary to meet unit needs
• Transportation: Reliable transportation recommended due to limited public transit access

Job Requirements

• Active New York CNA license or proof of application submitted with date
• Minimum of 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience required
• Long term care experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to a changing schedule
• Completed employment history with no unexplained gaps over 90 days
• Ability to meet pre-employment background screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and support to long term care residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and routine resident needs
• Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and positive care environment
• Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly
