Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of service locations. This position is ideal for a professional who works hard, takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, and brings a positive, customer-focused attitude to every job. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in both new construction and existing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for pipe threading, fitting installation, welding, and assembly tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work to upgrade or replace existing systems
- Diagnose mechanical issues related to plumbing infrastructure
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for each project
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards
- Hands-on experience with construction site work, including heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
- Familiarity with carpentry skills useful for remodeling or assembly projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with maintenance person experience or general remodeling background preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites while maintaining high safety standards
