Location: Farmington Hills, MI Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends!) Position Type: Direct Hire (Permanent Placement via PrideStaff) PrideStaff is partnering with a premier healthcare facility in Farmington Hills, MI to hire a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatment plans, help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans designed by the Supervising Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through targeted therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and physical modalities.
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients and their family members on home exercise programs and care techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patient rehabilitation.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in the State of Michigan (Required).
- Strong interpersonal communication and patient-focused bedside manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- High attention to detail and accurate medical documentation skills.
