CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist to review medical records and improve documentation for accurate DRG assignment, severity of illness, and mortality risk. You will liaise with providers and care teams to ensure compliance with AHIMA/ACDIS guidelines and contribute to documentation accuracy across inpatient records.
