Full Stack Developer (Python| Java| DevOps| CI/CD| Docker (6-8 Year)Job Location: Cincinnati, OH Onsite (5days/week)Job Type: ContractRole Descriptions:Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsCore Programming Languages (Required)Python - Strong proficiency required for backend developmentJava - Experience with Java-based services and micro architectureJavaScript/TypeScript - Modern ES6+ standardsFrontend Frameworks (Required)Angular and React - Minimum 2 years production experienceProficiency in responsive design and modern UI/UX patternsExperience with state management (Redux, NgRx, or similar)Backend & Database (Required)RESTful API design and implementationSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similarNoSQL databases: MongoDB or equivalentAPI integration experienceCloud & DevOps (Required)AWS or Azure cloud services experienceCI/CD pipelines and deployment automationContainerization (Docker preferred)AI Tools & Technologies (Required)Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for development productivity:GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar coding assistantsAI-powered debugging and code review toolsExperience using AI for documentation and code optimizationFamiliarity with AI/ML integration in applications (preferred)Roles & ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, and enhance features for Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy modulesWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeImplement secure, scalable software solutions following healthcare compliance standardsLogging, Monitoring & PerformanceImplement robust logging and error tracking mechanismsEstablish monitoring and alerting for production systemsOptimize application performance and minimize loading timesConduct root cause analysis and quickly resolve operational issuesCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, healthcare professionals)Participate in code reviews and technical discussionsDocument technical solutions and architectural decisionsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
