DPS is now hiring a Healthcare Cook II for a Hospital Facility in Lufkin, TX. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities to provide job opportunities.
Cook Job Details:
Schedule: 8 hour shifts| Days Vary
Location: Lufkin, TX
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures.
- Assist with kitchen prep, setup, and cleanup as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Food Handler Certification
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, etc.)
