Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant * Manage and schedule employees and conduct periodic performance reviews * Lead team in providing exceptional customer service * Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations * Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events * Order supplies: food, produce, dry goods and paper goods * Manage monthly inventory Qualifications: * Previous restaurant management experience * Familiarity with POS software * Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure * Excellent management and leadership skills * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
